I Spent 5 Months Turning a Rusty 1980s Suzuki AX100 Into My Dream 175cc Build

This Suzuki AX100 has been sitting neglected for decades, covered in rust and barely recognizable. For me, this project is more than just another restoration. Decades ago, my father rode an AX100 like this while working hard to support our family. Restoring this motorcycle is my way of preserving those memories and giving this classic machine a second life. In this full restoration, every part is completely disassembled, restored, and rebuilt. I also designed a custom transparent engine cover and upgraded the engine with a 175cc big-bore kit, combining classic styling with modern customization.
