Welcome to Pune! 🌿🏕️ Join us on an incredible journey into the heart of the Zagros Mountains in Iran, where a hardworking nomadic father and his daughter are doing their best to build a safe shelter beside the beautiful Kherasan River before the cold and rainy season arrives. 🪨 Building a Shelter Before Winter: Step by step, the family continues building a strong stone wall in front of their cave shelter and carefully installs several wooden beams to begin preparing for the roof. Every stone and every beam represents their hope for a safer home close to nature. 🍲 Traditional Nomadic Cooking: After hours of hard work, the nomadic woman prepares a delicious local meal using traditional cooking methods. The family gathers to enjoy their homemade food and share a peaceful moment together. 🦆🐕 Feeding Our Little Friends: We also take time to feed our growing ducklings and our loyal dog, who is always nearby and never far from our family. 🌽🔥 Roasting Corn by the River: As the day comes to an end, we roast fresh corn over a crackling wood fire beside the flowing river. The smell of roasted corn, the sound of the water, and the peaceful mountain scenery make this moment truly special. ☕🌄 Tea by the Campfire: Finally, we enjoy a warm cup of traditional fire-brewed tea beside the river, surrounded by the breathtaking beauty and relaxing sounds of nature.
