Mr. Fahad Ahmad Siddiqi is a lawyer who is strongly advocating for the application of the Doctrine of Shared Parenting in Child Custody Litigation. In as much as he is striving hard for the grant of annual schedule and interim visitation rights comprising of overnight stays at the home of the Non-Custodial Parents by the Family /Guardian Courts as against the template practice of passing Orders granting a mere 2 hours once or twice in a month visitation /meeting between a divorce affected child and his Non-Custodial Parent and that too to be held within the court premises.
