STORY 1 — STOPPING DISTANCE A veteran freight engineer is driving his train through the countryside on Halloween night when his headlight catches what appears to be a person lying across the tracks. He hits the emergency brakes. He sounds the horn. But a freight train can't stop on a dime. What follows leaves him shaken long after the tracks are cleared and the explanation for what happened raises a different kind of question. STORY 2 — MOVING WITH YOU After trick-or-treating with her daughter, a mother sits down to sort through the night's candy. Then her phone displays an alert: an unknown AirTag has been moving with her. She follows the sound to a tiny plastic pumpkin in her daughter's candy bag. What she discovers leads to a stranger, an abandoned rental house, and a question that nobody can answer: Why was her daughter the only child who received one? STORY 3 — THE LAST ROOM A family buys an old house, hoping to enjoy their first Halloween in their new neighborhood. But as darkness falls, strangers begin walking across their property, ignoring every attempt to turn them away. The neighbors finally explain the house's history but by then, the misunderstanding has already become dangerous. And the most disturbing part? The crowd outside has no idea that anything is wrong.
