BMW E38 Navigation Mk2 to Mk4 upgrade (new edit)

BMW E38 750iL upgrade of the navigation from Mk2 with trimble to Mk4 without the trimble, unit already had the latest firmware. It worked with my current CD, however taken about 10 mins after install to lock the satellites, also needed to "activate" Perspective mode in the hidden menu settings.
