Ep1: Merrick, Long Island - LIRR Downtown - Transit-Oriented Development

In many ways Long Island reminds me of the six months I lived in Los Angeles. Actually dense suburban single-family homes, many downtowns of different qualities. Just no Sunset Strip. Here is me making a case for my town Merrick to have transit-oriented development.
