Let's join me on a rainy day afternoon for a relaxed drive that takes place on a lakeside, specifically, Lake Biwa in Shiga. Traffic was modest for a rainy day, yet the roads were slippery and the sky was gloomy. Everything was drenched in rain but it felt refreshing.
