Converting Hand Truck into Outboard Motor Stand Carrier

Bought a hand truck from Canadiantire on sale for $89.99 plus taxes (regular $159.99) and convert it to Outboard motor stand carrier. This hand truck is slightly larger & wider than the regular one with big wheels as they advertise for moving appliances so its perfect for what I needed to do.
