In this video, I am climbing Mount Brandon, which is situated on the Dingle Peninsula, in Co. Kerry. This mountain in 952m in height, the highest mountain in Ireland outside the MacGillycuddy's Reeks. The route I am taking up to the summit is by the Faha route, starting with a small car park situated between the mountains and the Conor Pass, and has sections of varying levels of difficulty, i.e. from strenuous to not-so-strenuous. My Flickr page, which has a “mixed bag” of images I have taken since late 2010 is https://www.flickr.com/photos/derekfo... The graphic depicting a map of the mountains, highlighting the pater noster lakes adjacent to the mountain, and which appears during the intro section of the video, and also a map depicting the Dingle and Iveragh Peninsulas later on in the video, are taken from Open Street Map.
