We built a parametric armchair prototype using CNC-cut plywood.
The original design was made for 12mm material, but for this first production test, we changed the thickness to 18mm.
The goal was to explore how the armchair would look and feel at a larger scale while also testing the structure with thicker material.
From drilling and CNC cutting to sanding and assembly, every part was prepared and assembled by hand.
This is part of our ongoing process of turning parametric furniture designs into real, manufacturable products.
