Welcome to Episode 20 of our THIRD Baldur’s Gate 3 Trios Honor Mode run! After barely surviving our last encounter with the massive group of dwarves, we decide it's time to go back and finish what we started. Naturally, our first move is... making friends with them. We meet two dwarves, have a perfectly pleasant conversation, and even agree to help them with a quest. For a brief moment, it seems like we've discovered diplomacy. Then, staying completely true to our nature, we immediately betray them and slaughter their entire group. With that problem taken care of, we finally free Nere from his stone prison. After all, the poor guy has been trapped in there this entire time and deserves his freedom.
