Okinawan Sunset Dinner Sea Forest Restaurant of Hotel Monterey Okinawa Spa and Resort 🌅🌊🥢🍴🇯🇵

Based on the concept that the sea is an abundant "forest" of ingredients, Sea Forest Restaurant at the fifth floor of Hotel Monterey Okinawa Spa and Resort offers a rich variety of colorful dishes served in a buffet setting. Sushi, Tempura, Steak, Shabu-shabu, Okinawan dishes are always on their menu. We made a dinner reservation by the window so we could enjoy a lovely dinner while watching the sun set. It’s a bit pricey but there are a lot of choices, Western and Japanese styles, and the taste is delicious. As you can see, strict social distancing is observed. Gloves and masks are to be worn before you leave the table.
