ANIMALE VEGETALE by Livia Paola di Chiara, Ledro Land Art 2024. www.ledrolandart.eu ITA "Contrariamente alla barriera mentale che poniamo tra il mondo animale e quello vegetale, i Greci definivano una certa continuità tra gli umani e le piante, suggerita da una sorta di ambiguità corporea, un affascinante interscambio delle forme e, in sintesi, la stretta parentela visiva e oggettiva degli esseri viventi. Ricercando nella narrazione mitica e nella filosofia, nella poesia e nella scultura - ciascuna con le proprie forze e il proprio linguaggio - scopriamo che queste danno voce agli alberi, mettendoci sotto gli occhi lo spettacolo miracoloso e sfuggente di un'interconnessione e affinità tra i viventi che ci appare a un tempo familiare e impensabile. Pertanto, se predisponiamo occhi e sentimento, possiamo constatare che, osservando tali affinità più propriamente chiamate prossimità, ogni cosa struttura per analogie e tutto converge in un unico disegno di un gigantesco essere vivente, (ipotesi) Gaia – W. Golding – , in un continuo rapporto tra cosmografie del micromondo e del macromondo" ENG Contrary to the mental barrier that we place between the animal and plant worlds, the Greeks defined a certain continuity between humans and plants, suggested by a sort of bodily ambiguity, a fascinating interchange of forms and, in short, the close visual and objective of living beings. Researching mythical narrative and philosophy, poetry and sculpture - each with its own strengths and language - we discover that these give voice to trees, putting before our eyes the miraculous and elusive spectacle of an interconnection and affinity between living things which appears to us at once familiar and unthinkable. Therefore, if we prepare our eyes and feelings, we can see that, observing these affinities more properly called proximity, everything structures through analogies and everything converges in a single design of a gigantic living being, (hypothesis) Gaia - W. Golding -, in a continuous relationship between cosmographies of the microworld and the macroworld.
