Before the race, I learned that Yuki Kawauchi was the 2:50 pacer. And start in the same corral. So try following the group. Hold on until 25K, but I knew I wasn’t there yet and pee hit me. So watch the train pull away In the second half, I eased the pace and ran steadily to the finish. Sub-3 secured. Another PB. With last experience, not only did the result improve, I also made sure to capture every photo spot 300 photos in total. Running Tokyo for the second time felt much more relaxed. Unlocked several new experiences: ✅ Opening welcome ceremony ✅ Run around the Imperial Palace ✅ Tokyo Expressway shakeout run This year’s Tokyo Marathon experience was fantastic. Next year marks the 20th anniversary of the Tokyo Marathon.
