🧭 Designing a stable and fast voltage-mode control loop for a buck converter?
In this video, I walk you through a complete closed-loop simulation of a synchronous buck converter using a Type-III compensator — first with an averaged model, and then with the full switching model in LTspice.
You’ll see exactly how a 10 kHz crossover and ~68° phase margin translate into real transient performance.
