A dealer already has photos of the car. Can AI turn them into something you can explore—without another walk-around shoot? I started with 30 real photos of a Volvo EX90, selected seven exterior views, and tested a photo-guided camera move. The first attempt took the wrong route. Here is what changed when I made the test smaller, plus the details a polished demo can hide. We also look at the work behind a 360 spin, why a subscription price is not the full cost per car, and how an image-sequence viewer responds to a drag. 00:00 The idea 00:36 The job behind the button 01:26 The photos are the evidence 02:19 One test I can actually inspect 03:10 The result, then the uncomfortable close-up 04:19 Make it respond 05:27 What this result really means 06:14 The bill and the verdict The new experiment uses pretrained models; it is not a new training run. The existing CarOrbit showcase is a separate destination example, not an output produced by this experiment. Real listing photographs, prepared/generated views, and existing results are identified in the film. The $100,000 is a product ambition, not revenue earned. The 262 ms loading example is one localhost test, not an internet benchmark. Software prices are a dated snapshot; labor, review, retakes, and hosting also matter. #AI #CarOrbit #BuildInPublic
