Video-On-Demand Consumption from Workloads on Kubernetes Edge Services

Since video content has become so popular for audiences, providing an edge to core/cloud topology is very relevant. With the growing mobility and range of devices for the users, having adaptive bit rate streaming and transcoding conversions are necessary to rapidly modify the source content though the content delivery network pipelines. Using open source components for containerized microservices on Kubernetes, like SUSE Rancher portfolio, and performant, efficient, and cost effective system platforms, like Ampere Altra, a very viable delivery architecture and solution can be provided.
