Great News. We just doubled our acreage!!!!

When I bought my property. I purchased "E" but lot "D" already had a 40' shipping container and a permitted septic. Well like a lot of off grid remote properties people realize they dont have the time, energy or money to do anything with it. From Phoenix to here it's 4 hours driving. Well D People decided to stop making their payments, so I scooped it up and Curved Right Ranch is now 7.5 acred larger, and has some goodies. Basically I paid for the upgrades and got the land for free
