How to interview candidates the right way, so you hire on proof, not gut feeling. Learn the interviewer technique that shows you who can actually do the job. 📄 FREE interview scorecard template: https://mariane-amorim.kit.com/15df27... 📅 Book a time with me: https://oncehub.com/myexprecruiter ▶️ Part 2, Competency-Based Interviewing: coming Thursday Most hiring managers were never taught how to interview candidates. So they go with their gut, ask "what would you do" questions, and end up hiring the person who interviews best, not the person who will do the job best. In this video, I walk you through a simple interviewer technique in 3 steps. First, you decide what a great hire looks like and turn it into an interview scorecard. Then you write behavioral interview questions about real past experience. Finally, you listen, dig deeper and score every candidate on the same 1 to 5 scale. This is what a structured interview looks like, and research shows it's one of the best ways to predict who will succeed in the job. I use a sales rep as the example, but it works for any role. 🤝 Want a full-time recruiter on your team without hiring one internally?
