The head of counter-terror policing at the Metropolitan Police is giving an update on the incident at RAF Fairford over the weekend. Assistant Commissioner Laurence Taylor will give a statement outside New Scotland Yard after five men were arrested under the Explosives Act and on suspicion of preparing a terrorist act. Andy Burnham has said he will chair a Cobra meeting this afternoon on the suspected terror attack.
