Well now you can, with this cut-out of just rain pouring down, no thunder, no traffic. Taken from episode 3 of the hit series "Neon Genesis Evangelion", near the end of the episode as Rei looks out the window of her classroom, still injured from the Unit-0 activation tests. The sound is about an 11 second clip of the rain, right before the episode ends. The image is only 480p because of the stitched together image I made, which came out to be some weird dimensions, apologies, but it is the full pan of Rei looking out the school window.
