Tuscany | Cinematic Travel Film (Sony A7S III & DJI Mavic 4 Pro)

For Holly and I, Tuscany holds a meaning that goes beyond its beauty, though the beauty alone would be more than enough. Returning here with our two children was the second full-circle moment of this trip, following the Amalfi Coast where we were married. If the Amalfi Coast is where our story began, Tuscany is where we remembered how to breathe. There are few truly happy places in this world. We believe Tuscany is one of them. The calmness settles over you gradually, from vineyards cascading down rolling hills, ancient castles crowning countrysides and mountaintops, cypress trees standing watch alongside winding roads that seem to lead nowhere in particular. You can drive for hours here and never once feel the urge to stop other than to take a picture (or send the drone up for some epic landscape shots). We spent our days visiting wineries and villas, watching our children experience a pace of life that feels almost radical by modern standards: unhurried, sensory, present. The sunsets alone are worth the trip. Nothing prepares you for that golden hour light washing over the Tuscan hills as the vineyards glow and the day simply refuses to end. Tuscany was wonderful in 2019; It was just as wonderful in 2026.
