REACTION: Kamario Taylor Does It Again — Mississippi State Is 4–0

Mississippi State is 4–0, and KaMario Taylor continues to look like one of college football’s most exciting young quarterbacks. In this episode, we break down the Bulldogs’ 31–24 win over Missouri in one of the best-played SEC games of the weekend. Taylor once again showed off remarkable arm talent, including a perfectly placed deep touchdown that seemed to travel 40 yards with little more than a flick of his wrist. It wasn’t a perfect performance. We break down Taylor’s interception, where Missouri’s linebacker refused to bite on the play fake and eliminated the window Taylor expected. Instead of moving to his next read, the 19 year old tried to layer the ball over the linebacker and underneath the safety, and learned a valuable lesson. Missouri pushed Mississippi State throughout the afternoon and led 24–17 late in the third quarter. With Taylor appearing to battle an ankle issue, the Bulldogs responded, tied the game and eventually took control.
