Gorillaz The Mountain, The Moon Cave and The Sad God | Rapper and Filmmaker | FIRST REACTION

I'm super excited to share my reaction to the brand new song by Gorillaz 🎉! "The Mountain, The Moon King, and The Sad God" is the title, and it's an official music video that's got me hooked 🤯. For those who don't know, Gorillaz is the genius band behind the classic "Clint Eastwood" 🌟 - a song that defined a whole generation with its genre-bending music, amazing animation, and sonic experimentation like never seen before 🔥. The music video takes a creative direction that's straight out of a Disney classic, specifically "The Jungle Book" 🌳. As a huge fan of that musical, I was immediately drawn in by the animation style, and I started making parallels to the classic. The lead character, the protagonist, reminds me of Mowgli, but as the video progresses, I realized it's possibly a young girl who's grown up into an older female, and she's an added member to Gorillaz 🤔. Who does she represent? Is she a nod to us fans who grew up with Gorillaz and are now all grown up? 🤷‍♀️ But what's really standing out to me is the verse by Black Thought from The Roots 👏. He's infamously known as one of the world's greatest lyricists in hip-hop, and this verse is possibly the best hip-hop verse I've heard all year 🔥. It's a game-changer, and I'm surprised it's not getting more love. As a fan of rap, a rapper, and a musician, this verse hit me hard 💥. It took me back, but it also brought me into the future - it's a masterful blend of music, visuals, story, and nostalgia 🤩.
