Canon Demi EE-17 - The King of Half Frame

Description: With film prices soaring over the last year, this video looks at the Canon Demi EE-17 in an attempt to showcase how the half-frame format can be used to save money when shooting analogue. The sample photos used throughout the video were shot with the Demi EE-17 primarily loaded with Ultramax 400 although there are some Ektachrome 100 shots in there as well. I really love the Half-Frame look and hopefully this video will encourage some of you to give it a try. Note: In hindsight I am a bit mean about the Kodak Ektar H35 and although I stand by the points I made in the video it’s worth saying that you can still create beautiful images with this camera. My intention was more to demonstrate how much more you can get out of the Half-Frame format by shooting with a camera such as the Demi EE-17. Music:    • (FREE) Lo-fi Type Beat - Rain
