Becoming Vlog 5: I’m Becoming Her This season of my life feels different. I’m not chasing the next title, the next room, or the next opportunity just to prove that I belong. I’m learning to slow down long enough to ask myself, “Do I even want this anymore?” Vlog 5 is a little glimpse into where I am right now — building, leading, motherhood, business, community, and trying to make space for the woman I’m becoming. There are things I’m outgrowing. Things I’m learning to release. And honestly, there are some things I’m still figuring out. But I’m proud of myself. Proud that I kept going. Proud that I didn’t let difficult seasons make me bitter. Proud that I’m still dreaming, still building, still showing up — even when I don’t have the whole picture. Becoming the CEO has never just been about becoming a CEO. It’s been about becoming HER. And this is what that looks like for me.
