Set 1!! Driven by 2,000 miles of highway and over 3 decades of brotherhood, this show was pure magic! On September 5th, 2026, we capped off the Downtown Springfield Concert Series in Springfield, MO with a high-energy, double-drum tribute to the Grateful Dead. Even with the heat index topping out at a scorching 105°, the Springfield square was packed with incredible Dead Heads and music lovers from start to finish. Though we all play in different bands throughout the year, we get together once or twice annually to celebrate the music of the Dead. Getting to play two full sets alongside long-time hometown friends—and having my dad out in the crowd—made the epic road trip from Colorado worth every single mile.
