The Minnesota State Fair's midway tradition stretches back more than a century, with the first carnival midway arriving in 1904. The modern Mighty Midway debuted in 1995 and today fills the west end of the fairgrounds with more than 30 carnival rides and 50 games of skill. For 2026, the Mighty Midway lineup includes everything from spinning rides and towering thrill attractions to roller coasters, dark rides and classic midway favorites. New additions for 2026 include Thor and the Juke Box Fun House, joining attractions such as Crazy Mouse, Iron Dragon, Infinity, Zipper, Zero Gravity, Air Maxx and many more.
