Pinched vs Unpinched Stifles

Stifling my sneezes is so unsatisfying, but since some of you like my stifles, I decided to try pinching my nose vs stifling with no hands. It was hard so I couldn't do too many, and had to let a sneeze or two out unstifled towards the end. Let me know in the comments which version of stifles you prefer!
