Conversations on Mediumship and the Spirit World - Brenda Hubble (Zeta)

A resident of Apley, Telford, UK, experienced international medium and tutor Brenda Hubble adopted the working name Zeta after a German shepherd dog which she had owned for 14 years. Brenda is renowned for her public demonstrations of mediumship from the platform in spiritualist churches, community halls and social clubs and does in-person and remote readings in Britain and around the world. She has always had the awareness of spirit around her, as her parents recognised when she was born, and she has gradually come to terms with that innate ability as it developed. She was treated differently to, and became the outsider among, her surviving siblings, four sisters and one brother, none of whom had spiritual gifts. Her parents did however possess these gifts and yet were obliged to keep them under wraps owing to the public attitudes of their era. Brenda’s father, a pilot and a medium himself, passed when she was 2-1/2 years old, which was when her spirit guide came into her life. Her guide was a monk with no name from the higher realms and has henceforward always been around her. Coming from a higher vibrational level, he has often butted into her life – when helpful and appropriate – to overrule her resident inner spirit. Note that more advanced spirits come down to help the inner spirit, rather than the human being! Brenda well recognised her gifts from birth to sense, hear and see spirit. A defining moment was at the age of eight on a visit to two aunts, Evelyn and Florence, in Blackpool, when she foresaw Evelyn’s wholly unexpected passing later the same day. Now retired, Brenda has had many and varied types of employment during her life and carried them out in tandem with her spiritual work, which has not overridden them. She has been a qualified upholsterer, a model, and a time-and-motion study and quality control engineer in a car assembly plant. Subsequently, for 28 years she was an instructional officer who ran practical workshops to upskill inmates at the former Dana prison in Shrewsbury. A particular mediumistic skill of hers among many is seeing whole body transfiguration, also known as sheath mediumship. From childhood Brenda has also routinely experienced astral travel in her sleep. Her other skills include trance mediumship (with voice change), psychometry (reading the history of objects), as well as house clearances to stop unwanted spirit activity. So Brenda provides sittings and does demonstrations of mediumship where requested in spiritualist churches, community halls and social clubs across the Midlands region. Money she receives for this work in evidential communication is donated in all humility to charities or straight back to churches to help their funds.
