Why AI Keeps Making Up Your Business Details and the fix in under 10-Minutes

AI will confidently make up details about your business. I pasted a customer's email into a search box and it wrote a reply claiming we installed her air conditioner 3 years ago. We had never met her. It even quoted an $89 diagnostic fee, which happens to be about right, and that is the part that should bother you: you can't tell which half it knew and which half it invented. The fix is a folder. Put what your business actually knows into plain text files, point AI at the folder, and it answers using your real prices and policies instead of inventing them.
