Magical Scenes - Lake Simbi Nyaima (Homa Bay County)

Lake Simbi Nyaima in Homa Bay county offers an amazing tale with locals believing that it was formed after a village sunk after the community refused to shelter and feed an old woman who had sought refuge there. Geologists on the other hand hold that Lake Simbi is a crater lake formed centuries ago. This week on Magical Scenes Irene Muchuma-Odim highlights attractions in Kendu Bay, Homa Bay County.
