Collective Contribution TV: On Collective vs. Individual Goals

I think there's an interesting dynamic in collaboration that often convinces us that collective goals outweigh our individual goals. We consider a collaboration, and somehow, we end up trading away what we're hoping to accomplish. I've seen this play out A LOT in corporate, but I equally see it playing out in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. So why, when we have all the say, are we still prioritizing the collective goals? And what if, it's less of a trade than we think? Come and explore with us at Collective Contribution TV, at ourregular scheduled time on Saturday, Oct 10 (1pm ET).
