This Shimmer oil will give you the nourishment while giving you a soft and gentle shimmer which truly completes your glam and it doesn't weigh too heavy on your pockets. Do try it and let me know what you think. For this, you will need: 1. Any Body/Baby oil 2. A shimmer pigment - it could be a highlighter/eyeshadow 3. Liquid foundation (optional) 4.
