Gameplay of Glamorz Splattershot on tower control. It's been a bit recent since I've played Octo Shot Replica, so let's give the Glamorz kit another shot. Thanks to @mushrrommario9127 for requesting this weapon. Splattershot is a short range weapon that has decent DPS, good damage, good mobility, good paint output, and solid accuracy. And the kit is quite solid. Burst bomb is a throwable sub weapon that will immediately explode when coming in contact with a surface or an opponent. And Kraken Royal is a special weapon that allow you to transform into a giant kraken and attack opponents while being invincible to damage. Now I want to talk about the strength and weakness of this weapon and it's kit. Splattershot is quite versatile of a weapon. It has the DPS and damage to quickly take out opponent while also having the paint output to quickly paint an area and build up your special. The mobility is also good for quickly push up and evading shots. But the weapon can get outranged by mid and long range weapons and although the weapon has solid DPS, there's other weapons that have faster DPS and kill time than splattershot. Burst bomb is very good at dealing good poke damage from a good distance. Sure, the bomb doesn't instantly kill opponents like splat bomb or suction bomb, but it's a very versatile sub. The sub does good damage when you directly hit an opponent, has a good AOE, the direct and indirect damage combos very well with your and other main weapons, and can help you with mobility. And it's quite cheap as well. But the sub does have quite a bit of white frame, meaning once you throw the sub, it can take a little bit to start recharging your ink. And kraken royal is a solid special that can help you apply a bit of aggro pressure while being invincible to damage. You can swim through enemy's ink at a good speed and attack enemies by either jumping, squid rolling, or doing a charged attack. Tho with the charge attack, you can aim at any direction and take less knockback. But although your invincible to damage, enemies can still shoot you to knock you back. And since you have to be very close to get damage onto opponent, enemies can just avoid your approaches. Also the start up and end lag are a bit slow, so careful when immediately activating the special or when the special about to end. So when playing Glamorz Splattershot, you want to focus on applying some aggro pressure. Utilize cover and try to flank or shark your opponents to close the distance and apply pressure. Throw out some burst bomb to help you displace enemies from a distance and once you have your special, you can activate it to continue the pressure or to survive for a bit longer. Just remember to not overextend too much and manage your ink output. Thanks for reading this and hope you guys enjoy the video.
