An afternoon walk through the middle of Shibuya, Tokyo — the first of three parts filmed back to back. It starts on the open plaza in front of Shibuya Station, among the buses and the construction cranes, then heads up the shopping street toward Koen-dori past HOKA, Nike and Shibuya MODI. From the tall green living wall at the foot of RAYARD MIYASHITA PARK the route turns into the brick-paved backstreets of Jinnan, ducks through a mural-covered railway underpass, and climbs the outdoor staircase onto the park deck: GUCCI, the indoor SOUTH mall, the long escalators, the NORTH terrace, and the rooftop park itself — an arched pergola promenade, a turf lounge and the Shibuya skyline over the trees. Down the stairs beside the JR tracks to the big Meiji-dori crossing, into a lantern-lit dining alley, through a mural-ceilinged bicycle tunnel, and out to the Shibuya Scramble Crossing.
