Maplestory Reboot Ice Lightning OS2 (Outlaw Street 2) - 27.7k kills/hr

Not sure how perfect/optimized this rotation is, but this is what I used throughout my time as OS2. You should be at OS2 from 220-225, and personally I stayed there until 228 when I could 1 shot earth spirits. Feel free to stay there until the early 230's if you're too weak for arcana.
