Giving 3,000+ Dogs a Second Chance to Walk: Custom Wheelchairs

In Osaka, Tetsuya and Hiromi Kawanishi run a workshop specializing in wheelchairs for dogs. Each wheelchair is made by hand, custom-made for dogs struggling to walk due to old age, illness, or injury.
