Rover V8 injector fitting tips

A quick follow-up for Mansur, who asked in the comments how to refit the fuel rail and injectors after removal. This is on my 1997 Discovery 1 3.9 EFI V8 (14CUX) engine in my 1987 Land Rover 110. Seals: Bosch 1280210711 is the part number for the injector seals. You need one for the top and one for the bottom of each injector, plus 1 for the pressure regulator.
