🇹🇭 Route 1130 | Doi Mae Salong | Chiang Rai

One of my favourites—the fabulous Highway 1130 near Doi Mae Salong in Chiang Rai. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve ridden up and down this road over the years, so here’s a video from my most recent winter-season trip. It’s a beautiful ride along the ridgelines, passing through hill-tribe villages and tea plantations, with fantastic mountain scenery all the way. The combination of winding roads, lush landscapes, peaceful villages, and spectacular views makes Highway 1130 one of my favourite motorcycle routes in northern Thailand.
