Freehand Knife Sharpening burr & wire-edge removal

To remove burr and or wire-edge, just fold & cut them off. This video shown examples of burr removal at 220 grit of an aluminum oxide bench stone. And remove wire-edge at 3 micron diamond mesh. Thanks for watching & comments.
