Build it alongside him and test it in your own environment. What the flow does Whenever a sales order is released, the flow looks up the customer's open ledger entries that were due until yesterday. If there are any, it adds up their remaining amount and sends an email with the order number, the customer's name, the number of overdue entries and the total, so sales can decide whether to go ahead or talk to the customer first.
