October 1st, 2026 - End of Public Housing, HACC Possible Sunshine Act Violations, Asha Jyothi

In this episode, we look at the Housing Authority of the County of Chester (HACC). We visited September’s board meeting and found possible Sunshine Act violations. During the meeting, Toni Kelly from the Hickman pleaded for help after funding for their renovation fell into jeapordy, and they voted on their 2027 Annual Plan that intends to end Section 9 Public Housing in Chester County.
