ARE DOGS SUITED TO VANLIFE? After living with 2 yorkies full time for 18 mths here are our thoughts.

This week we talk dogs, discuss park ups in the busy summer season, enjoy a dip in the lake and make a mess of dinner.. Here is the recipe for the avocado, salmon and cucumber rolls: 2 cucumbers 1 pack of cream cheese 2 avocados 4 slices of smoked salmon Slice the cucumbers with a vegetable peeler and make sure to soak up extra moisture with some kitchen towel (I forgot🤣). Layer the other ingredients as seen in the video. For the dipping sauce: 3 cloves of garlic (finely grated) 1 tsp of ginger (finely grated) 3 tbsp tamari (or soy) sauce 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar (you can use rice vinegar) 3 tsp of honey 1 tbsp of sesame oil mix all together in one pot. My measurements are rarely exact so check as you go along to see if you want more salt or sweetness! Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Hope that you don't make as much mess eating them as we did!
