Ek Cup Chai - with Palak ☕️ | Dealing with Winter Blues & Immigrant Life in Canada

Welcome back to another episode of "Ek Cup Chai"! Today, we have a very special guest at our home—Palak Dadwal, a Life Coach and Counselor based in Calgary. Moving to a new country is more than just a physical move; it’s an emotional journey. In this episode, Palak shares her story of moving to Canada at just 17 and how she now helps the community through her services, "Mind Makeover." We dive deep into: ☕️ Dealing with seasonal depression and the long Canadian winters. ☕️ The "Grief and Loss" of leaving your homeland. ☕️ Why Canada is like "Tough Love" from a father. ☕️ Palak’s favorite spots and hidden gems in Calgary. Whether you are a new immigrant or have been here for years, this conversation is for anyone navigating the ups and downs of life in Canada. Grab your cup of chai and join us!
