Lady Lazarus by Sylvia Plath /in Tamil Bharath Ravindran / Bharath Academy. Christ rose the dead Lazarus alive from the grave. The story of Lazarus has a fascination to Sylvia Plath. So the Lady Lazarus is any woman who borns after death or any woman who reaches the verge of death. She has attempted suicide thrice in her life time. So she gives a clear picture of death and its relationship with man. So this poem is taken as a philosophical poem.
