The plaintiff met the defendant when she was working at a strip club, and they hooked up a few times. She says they reconnected later, and he offered to help her sell some of the property she was looking to give away. The plaintiff claims the defendant never sold the items, so she’s suing for the value of stolen property. The defendant argues the property was a gift and he never agreed to sell it.
