13 Most HATED British TV Stars

They were in our living rooms every week, and a lot of us could not stand them. A studio audience booing. Complaints piling up at the regulator. Polls naming the most hated face on television. And a woman who was mocked, hit with a cream pie and had her name used for an adult magazine, all because she campaigned to clean up television. From Ken Morley, Bernard Levin, Gillian McKeith, Julian Clary, Eddie Waring and Nick Bateman to Katie Hopkins, Alex Ferns, Graham Taylor, Bernard Manning, Jeremy Clarkson, Piers Morgan and Mary Whitehouse, these are thirteen faces Britain loved to hate: what made the public turn on them, and whether we were fair. Every story comes from polls, complaints, petitions, the press and their own words. Which one could you never stand? And who should be in a Part 2? Tell us in the comments.
