How To Blend Acrylic Paint - Tips and Tricks For Abstract Art and Acrylic Painting

How to blend acrylic paint for beginners. Tips, Tricks, and Troubleshooting how to for blending things like clouds and skies. These are some of the techniques that I use to blend acrylic paints! I use these techniques in my abstract artwork and a lot of you asked how i do so. So today i decided to do a video in real time for you to explain the art material and blending techniques that i use. Brushes: Paddle brushes, mop brushes, flat brushes in a combination of soft and stiff bristles. I also used some make up brushes to blend as i have many of those on hand and i like how soft they are. They are not artist grade or quality though and sometimes the bristles come out on the canvas. Blending mediums: I have not used them in this video, but there is a flow improver, blending medium, flow aid, and fluid retarder. Different brands make different versions of basically the same thing. You can just use water or a little glycerin and water diluted.
