The first step in a digital transformation is articulating a clear vision of how the company will engage with customers to solve their problems. This is not easy—but without a clear vision, people in the company cannot design a coherent, executable business strategy. In this session, we will describe how senior business leaders formulate a vision that is inspired by both existing organizational competencies and the capabilities of digital technologies.
